When you place an order with us, it goes straight into our production queue. For XPS covings without plaster coating, the lead time is typically 3-6 working days. However, for plaster-coated mouldings, which require proper drying time, the lead time extends to 8-12 working days. We never rush production as we are committed to delivering the highest quality product, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns or exchanges must be reported within 14 days of delivery. If not reported in advance, we may decline the return. To qualify for a full refund, goods should be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and undamaged. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns after this period.

We recommend a minimum of 3cm gap between the ceiling and the coving so you can reach the LED Lights.

However, please note that this is entirely up to your preferences on the project. A lot of our customers go for 5cm for more optimal access to the LED lights but we also had customers who preferred a larger gap (such as 10cm or even 15cm) for better access.

If you choose EPS plaster-coated coving, the LED installation instructions below won't apply. The plaster coating prevents the LED light from shining through the coving.

LED stripes can be installed in one of three ways:

  • On their own (painted coving outside and inside except the wall that attaches to the wall) we recommend painting the coving with two coats of emulsion, water-based paint before montage on the wall or ceiling. When the product is mounted, all gaps are filled by acrylic caulk or filler and it's ready for finishing, we recommend applying the last coats of paint.
  • On aluminum/non-transparent tape (applied to the non-visible side of the coving that will have LED installed). You can use any aluminum tape available in any DIY store. We recommend sticking the tape on the painted surface of the coving.

Method number 2 (Aluminium Foil Tape) is usually the easiest way to correctly install LED lights but other methods should work well too if done correctly.
